Designing Leaders started in 2010, providing consulting services to small and medium enterprises in the United States. It was “rebooted” in 2014 to provide the support that helps companies in the Asia-Pacific region develop their leadership talent.

We continue to help clients create a leadership culture based on sustainable growth, through in-person workshops, virtual programs, and 1-to-1 executive coaching.

Our programs are led by Dr William Thomas. Dr Thomas is a WCI Certified Professional Coach with over 35 years of leadership experience in the corporate world at companies like Amazon and The Economist; as a professor at Georgetown University in the US and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore; and, as a US Air Force officer for 21 years. He has a PhD in public policy and has spent over 14 years working in Asia. As a coach, a seminar leader, and a keynote speaker, he offers a rich history of experiences and extensive research into leadership in complex environments.
