Our course, Cross the Lines, can help you do just that.

In this online course you will learn specific techniques to help you set and achieve your big goals. Using lessons I have learned during my years of running marathons – lessons not just about running, but about managing life overall – you will develop the confidence to get across the Starting Line and the skills to get over the Finish Line.

Encompassing three and half hours, divided up into bite-sized pieces, this course helps you avoid procrastination and get moving toward your goals. It helps you define what really matters to you, find a way to accomplish it, and then see it through to completion.
