As much as we want people to read this, reading a business blog on Christmas Eve is not everybody’s idea of enjoying the holiday spirit. If you do not have stuff that really has to be done today, then even if you don’t celebrate Christmas itself, give yourself an opportunity to cut out early and give yourself some time off.

Of course, if you are going to do that, remember to turn your employees loose, too!
