CULTURAL BREAKFAST: Aligning Strategy and Culture
Peter Drucker supposedly said, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” Whether or not he actually said it doesn’t matter; what matters is that it’s true. If you have a strategy that doesn’t align with your corporate culture, then your culture is what will dominate.
So how do you match your strategy and your culture as you plan your recovery from the pandemic?
This session explores the relationship between strategy and culture; helps you see how to create a strategy that matches your culture; and, offers insights into how to change your culture.

DL PRESS
DL Press is the publishing arm of Designing Leaders. We are looking to provide readers with useful lessons on personal growth and effective ideas for leading others that can help them create a great working environment for their teams and drive their organization’s growth.

At age 42, William Thomas decided to take up running for the first time in his life, with a goal of running a marathon. A couple of years later, he had a new goal: to complete The Marathon Grand Slam, which consists of completing a marathon on all 7 continents and at the North Pole. Over the years that followed his journey took him to Singapore, France, Brazil, South Africa, Australia, Antarctica, and, in 2016, to the North Pole. CROSS THE LINES is the story of this journey, not just the races but also the lessons he learned along the way, lessons that can help not only in running but also in business, leadership, and in all aspects of life.
Available in paperback and Kindle versions from Amazon, and in paperback from Barnes & Noble.
